Most roofing contractors climb up, look at the shingles, and give you a number. DMS goes in the attic first. Because the attic shows you the moisture damage the surface is hiding, the ventilation problems that are destroying the roof from the inside, the structural issues that will come back as a problem after the new roof is on.
That inspection is included in every assessment. It's not an upsell. It's how you give an honest quote.

DMS installs and replaces roofing systems on residential homes, commercial buildings, and everything in between. Architectural shingles, metal roofing, flat/low-slope systems, specialty materials for historic or custom applications.
We also handle storm damage documentation and work directly with insurance adjusters. If your roof was damaged in a storm, DMS will assess it, document it, and work with your insurance company to get the scope right — including what the adjuster missed.
Commercial roofing gets the same standard as residential — precise to spec, documented, no shortcuts because the building is bigger or the owner isn't watching every day.
The Price Doesn't Change After Work Starts
The most common complaint about roofing contractors is the price that changes after work starts. The "discovery" that adds $3,000. The "while we're up there" that turns into a different job than the one you agreed to.
DMS doesn't work that way. The attic inspection and surface assessment happen before the quote. If there's something that could change the scope, we find it before we give you the number — not after we've started and you have no leverage.
